22L wins it clearly, and that's the volume v3 is built around.It's not a landslide toward the middle either. Almost as many riders wanted it bigger as wanted it smaller, which tells me something: this bag has to work as a real commuter capacity, laptop, charger, layer, lunch, without turning into a weekend pack. 22L is the number, but I'm carrying that spread into how I think about internal organization so the bag earns its size instead of just filling it. |
This is the whole point of building in public. I don't get to guess at what riders want and hope I'm right. You tell me, I build it, and I show you when I got it wrong. Size was the first call. It won't be the last.
One more thing. If you voted, you voted early, before this bag was anything but a prototype and a promise. I've got something small coming for early riders like you. Not ready to talk about it yet. Just know it's coming.
